Museum Mice Preschool Tours
Enjoy a tour for our smallest of visitors! The Museum Mice preschool series tours will be offered to toddlers and young children and their parents, grandparents, or caregivers. Different topics will be offered on the second Wednesday of the month, from March to November, from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
What is Museum Mice?
During the Museum Mice Tours, preschool children and their families will be immersed in historic stories and themes where you will explore history through shapes, sounds, games, and hands on activities. Each month, a story is read, followed by an activity and a visit to a space at the museum that corresponds with the chosen book.
The tour is based on programs by the Smithsonian Institute’s Early Enrichment Center.
How to register:
We ask that you reserve a spot for your toddler prior to the program. Registration is due on the Monday before the tour date. To register for the Museum Mice program you can email our program coordinator at programs@ManitowocCountyHistory.org or call the museum at (920) 684-4445.
Museum Mice programs are included in the day’s admission to the museum. Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for children (4-17), and free for children under the age of 4. MCHS members receive free admission.
