I agree to review all pre-visit materials provided by the Manitowoc County Historical Society prior to my visit, which I will receive via email. I will have payment ready upon arrival on or before the day of our experience based on the registration submitted and invoice that I will receive with my pre-visit materials. Arriving later than the scheduled tour start time may result in a condensed or shortened experience. I will alert MCHS staff if our group will be late. Non-emergency cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior, or I may be subjected to a cancellation fee. Tour experiences continue rain or shine, I will make sure everyone is dressed accordingly. In the event of a severe storm, MCHS will cancel my experience and I will not be charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
