The Manitowoc County Historical Society's homeschool days are the perfect opportunity for families to learn together! You and your children will have the opportunity to tour the museum's many historic areas, participate in hands-on activities, and have fun!
Your Discovery Tour: You can tour at your own pace, arriving and departing as you choose. Your visit is self-guided, with a map of interactive guided experiences. You can tailor your trip to match your curriculum and class learning goals.
Tour Groups: We recommend touring in groups of 5 to 10 students with a limit of 1 paid chaperone per group plus teachers and assistants.
Max Capacity: 200 students per day
Times: Activities will take place from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and from Noon - 2:00 pm (11:30 to Noon is a lunch break for our building's volunteer interpreters - please bring a lunch and join us).
Fee: Students $6. Teachers and aids admitted at no charge. One free chaperone is allowed for every 10 students. Additional chaperones are $6 each.
