Groups should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Groups will leave within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time. Please note that all day tour option is only applicable when you register for 2 - 2 hour experiences or a 2 hour base tour with a 1 hour add-on.

If you select 'Yes' for lunch we will provide a scheduled time during your tour for you and your students to eat lunch.
Note: If you wish to eat lunch during your tour, you will be scheduled for a 30-minute lunch break. If you would like more than 30 minutes, please indicate that in the "Special Needs" section of the form.

I agree to review all pre-visit materials provided by the Manitowoc County Historical Society prior to my visit, which I will receive via email.
I will have one payment ready upon arrival on the day of our tour experience, based on the registration submitted and invoice that I will receive with my pre-visit materials. I am financially responsible for the amount of attendees and tour cost that I reserve with, unless I contact MCHS to update numbers at least 2 weeks prior to the tour.
I understand that I need to recruit and prepare adult chaperones for our field trip, at least 1 per every 10 students.
Arriving later than the scheduled tour start time may result in a condensed or shortened experience. I will alert MCHS staff if our group will be late.
Non-emergency cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior, or I may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
Tour experiences continue rain or shine, I will make sure my students are dressed accordingly.
In the event of a severe storm, MCHS will cancel my experience and I will not be charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
