Valentine's Day Blacksmith Hearts
Saturday, February 14 from 12 Noon until 3 pm
This Valentine’s Day, let the sparks fly with our themed blacksmithing workshop - built for two! In this class, we will cover some of the basics of forging steel and move on to making hearts that you can share with your special valentine.
Participants must wear cotton or wool clothing (no synthetic materials) and closed-toe shoes. Students also must bring their own eye and ear protection. Costs of materials are included in the cost of class.
Your workshop fee also includes general admission for the day!
Advanced Registration
Ages 16 and up
Fee: $100 per pair, MCHS members get 15% off.
Check in at the McAllister House Welcome Center 15 minutes before the program begins. Your workshop fee also includes general admission for the day! Registration is required at least 10 days prior to the workshop.
